Plagiarism: The presentation of another’s work or ideas without proper attribution. Cheating: Attempting to gain an unfair advantage in an academic evaluation process. Fabrication: Falsifying or inventing any information or citation in academic work. Facilitation: Helping or attempting to help another to commit a violation of academic integrity.

All members of the SolveMyHW community are expected to adhere to the following principles: 1. Respect: Honor the rights and property of others, including intellectual property rights. 5. 👩‍🏫 Responsibilities

Students must ensure that all submitted work is their own and appropriately cite any sources as per academic standards. Educators and Tutors must provide clear guidelines on the expectations for assignments and the use of collaborative tools and resources. Users must report any observed violations of this policy directly to the SolveMyHW administration using the established reporting mechanisms.


🚫 Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited conduct under this policy includes, but is not limited to: Plagiarism, Cheating, Fabrication, Facilitation, Multiple Submissions: Submitting the same work in multiple courses without prior approval, Misrepresentation: Providing false information to avoid academic obligations.


⚖️ Procedures for Addressing Violations

When a violation is reported, the following steps will be taken: 1. Investigation: A preliminary review of the incident will be conducted. 2. Notification: The individual accused of a violation will be notified and given an opportunity to respond. 3. Adjudication: A panel comprised of educators and administrators will review the case and make a decision based on the evidence. 4. Sanctions: If a violation is confirmed, sanctions may include a warning, reduction in grades, suspension from the platform, or permanent removal.


🔄 Appeals

Individuals sanctioned under this policy may appeal the decision within 15 days of notification. Appeals must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by a secondary panel, which will make the final determination.
